For many years the company has supplied boiler feed systems to industry. There are many challenges and potential pitfalls when transporting biomass material so it is vital that the correct design is selected. We have used many different types of materials handling equipment, centerless augers, standard augers, belt conveyors and walking floors to name a few. All equipment is selected with the customers current and potential future depends in mind.
On top of the materials handling equipment we have spent a lot of time developing a control system to automate the whole process meaning the boiler can often be ran by itself. These control systems are fully customisable and come either as a basic relay panel or full HMI PLC system depending on the customer’s needs.
